The choices teenagers make today will shape the opportunities, relationships, and financial future they experience tomorrow. Más Que Dinero is a foundational life-skills course designed to introduce teenagers to the NAHREP 10 Disciplines and help them develop the mindset, habits, and confidence needed to make better decisions throughout their lives.

This class teaches students that true wealth is about much more than money. Wealth also includes physical health, emotional strength, meaningful relationships, education, personal freedom, community involvement, and the ability to help others. Students will explore the difference between appearing successful and building a life that is truly stable, purposeful, and prosperous.

• Live within their means and make thoughtful spending decisions
• Understand debt and avoid financial traps
• Begin developing an investing and ownership mindset

The course also helps students build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, personal responsibility, and the ability to delay short-term gratification in pursuit of long-term goals. Rather than simply telling teenagers what choices to make, the class encourages them to understand why they make certain decisions, recognize the consequences of those decisions, and create healthier patterns for the future.

Ultimately, Más Que Dinero teaches students that discipline is not punishment. Discipline is freedom. When young people learn to manage their money, health, choices, relationships, and responsibilities, they become better prepared to build successful lives, strengthen their families, serve their communities, and create a legacy that extends far beyond income.
