My Nexxo founder, Beehouse Realty Broker, leader is being recognized for living Discipline #10.
Nily Padron Is Building the Table
Nily Padron knows how to build something valuable. More than that, she knows how to bring people into it.
As the broker and owner of Beehouse Realty, Nily leads a business of her own. I have also watched her bring that same drive to NAHREP South Florida. She stepped into a chapter that needed renewed energy and helped strengthen its membership, team, and ability to raise support. The chapter received Chapter of the Year recognition the following year. Nily was past president by then, but the standards she set helped prepare the team for that success.
Her success as president led NAHREP to ask Nily to serve as a chapter coach. She now supports other chapters as they build stronger teams, grow membership, and create more opportunities for real estate professionals. Her work helps advance NAHREP’s goals of increasing Hispanic homeownership and building generational wealth.

Nily is making the table
Now Nily is building something of her own. What began as a WhatsApp group and networking gatherings has grown into NEXXO, a platform where entrepreneurs and professionals can connect, create, and grow.

What moves me most is whom she is making room for. Nily sees the person running a business alone. She sees the family working long hours to keep a small business going. She sees professionals with something valuable to offer who have yet to meet the people who need them.
Nily does not wait for someone else to invite these people into the room. She is making the table. Through events, conversations, podcasts, and opportunities to share their work, she is giving people a way to find each other and grow together.
I have experienced her leadership firsthand. Nily does more than tell you where an opportunity is. She sits with you, introduces you to people, and helps you see where you can contribute. She wants you to have a seat and a voice.
Living the NAHREP 10
As a NAHREP 10 Certified Trainer, I recognize people who put these disciplines into practice. Nily shows strength across several of them. Today, I want to recognize her through Discipline 10: “Be active in the lives of your family and children because familia is central to who we are.” NAHREP 10 Disciplines
Discipline 10 speaks specifically about family and children. The care behind it also makes me think about how Nily treats the business community she is building. She gives people her time. She shares what she knows. She pays attention to their success.
Nily, thank you for building a table with room for people who are ready to work, learn, and help one another. You remind me that leadership includes choosing whom we invite, then showing up for them after they sit down.
That leaves each of us with a question: Who are you inviting to your table?
